Online Payments – Terms and Conditions

Requirements

Online Payments are accessed via the Internet. You are solely responsible for the equipment, software and communication services to access the Internet.

Privacy

No credit / debit card details will be stored on our systems. Any personal information that is submitted with a payment transaction is dealt with strict confidentiality. Such information will be used solely to process the transaction.

After School Programs: Important information relating to a student’s health (e.g.: Allergies, medication, physical conditions, etc.) and emergency contact numbers will be forwarded to the after school program provider.

Refunds

All transactions processed on the online payment system are non-refundable unless:

After School Programs: (a) A program has been cancelled; (b) a program has been overbooked
